How to customize your car
Posted On 07/27/2008 12:21:11

It doesn’t matter if you are customizing a lowrider or a tuner car the process is the same.  There are 5 mayor areas you will need to focus on.

·         Interior

·         Exterior

·         Engine

·         Suspension

·         Entertainment system

Most people will tackle each of these areas separately. I recommend you start your project in the area where you can put as much of your own time as possible.  You don’t need to be a mechanic or painter to put in your own time; you can contribute with ideas, getting the parts, finding the best prices on the internet, or whatever else.  The more you do yourself the more money you will save in the long run, not to mention you will have the pleasure of knowing you did it and enjoy it more because of it.  Whenever you start a new project look for help from your friends and family put together a group of people that can help with labor, parts, support and ideas.  The more help you get the better off the final project will be.
